By using Zephyr (zephyr.travel), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What Zephyr Is

Zephyr is a route planning tool for RV travelers. It provides wind forecasts, elevation profiles, and fuel stop information to help you plan safer trips. Zephyr is a planning tool — not a navigation system. Always use your own judgment while driving.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email to create an account
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per person — don't share accounts
• We can suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Free Tier & Subscriptions

• Free accounts can plan unlimited routes and launch up to 3 routes to Google Maps
• Subscriptions ($4.99/month) provide unlimited launches
• Founding Members receive 90 days free (first 100 members only)
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use Zephyr to:

• Submit false road reports or fuel stop information
• Attempt to access other users' private data
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service
• Use automated tools to create accounts or submit data

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of Zephyr is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data and never sell it.

7. Disclaimer

Zephyr is a planning tool, not a guarantee of road conditions. Wind forecasts, elevation data, and fuel stop information are provided as-is. Conditions change. Always verify critical information independently and use your own judgment while driving. We are not liable for decisions made based on Zephyr's data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zephyr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to route accuracy, weather forecast accuracy, or fuel stop availability.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of significant changes via email.
